This first part for 2026 has been quite challenging for many of us. So many of my friends and I are feeling ready to make some big changes in our lives one step at a time. I don’t believe anyone can really teach another person anything because lessons are learned through our own experiences. I have found the technique of getting out of my head and into my body to be life changing. When I hold my left and right pelvis the inner critic dissolves. Creative visualization techniques are amazing in terms of creating the lives we want. I don’t think it matters where you hold in your body you’ll just know. By doing this I get out of the way.
Lately I’ve been saying “I decide……” when I open my eyes in the morning along with my other prayers and meditations and it sets the tone for the day. Like I can say, “I decide to see through the eyes of love today and claim my power in love” and that affirmation becomes a reality. I wake up and decide to get into the flow. Many times, our heads are where the old program lies and
those old tapes have no place in the new lives we are creating.

As Jesus said, “for where two are three are gathered in my name, there I will be in their midst.” Getting together with like-minded people with positive attitudes who are growing makes everything so much more fun.
